Having worked in both church and para-church settings Andrew understands the uniqueness of ministry and ministry leadership positions. There are high demands on your time, plenty of expectations, and the unique challenges that come when working with volunteers. Being able to share the vision, actively engage people and build effective teams are some of the ways to ensure that the work is done well and people are empowered and passionate in service.
We have a range of one to one sessions as well as workshops and training designed specifically for ministry settings that will add valuable skills to you and your team and enable you to use your valuable time and resources wisely and effectively.
